It’s almost 6am and I haven’t slept yet. I was really tired but forced myself to down a bottle of water in between sets of 10 squats with weights. I’m gonna start a fast tomorrow and see how long I can go. I still need to buy green tea, rice cakes, and a scale.
I’m in so much pain from the squats but it feels good.
i want to be able to wear a huge knit sweater and patterned leggings and still feel like i have a good body..
ugh same. I hate looking at awesome clothes that I can’t pull off.
